How do I view opt outs for a campaign?
To view opt outs for a campaign download the extracted data report from the 'Manage Conversations' page for your campaign. You can then filter this report for all users where the column 'optedOut' has the value 'yes'. You can see more info on the extracted data report and the columns it contains here.
How do I view all my opt outs?
To view all your opt outs visit the 'Manage Global Opt Outs' page accessed via the 'Account Information' page. From there you can view your opt outs or download a csv that contains that data.
Note: Only contacts who opted out after 1st June 2017 are visible via the "Manage Global Opt Outs" page.
