Transitions are the messages that get surfaced to you when the Gopher needs manual intervention.
Eg. When a customer responds with a non-relevant answer to a Yes/No question.
At this point, you have 2 options on how to manually intervene:
OPTION 1)
Log in to RunGopher, go to the Campaign, on the right-hand side, click “Manage Conversations”. As shown below, you’ll see that some conversations are marked as “Needing Action”.
Click the “View” button on the right side to see details of a conversation.
From there, you can view the current conversation, and pick a ‘ReGopher’ message to be sent:
Or you can send a manual reply:
OPTION 2)
Make sure you have configured a transition email for the campaign. If you have a transition email configured then all ‘transitions’ will be sent to you as an email.
If you reply to this email, the body will be forwarded to the customer as an SMS. Please ensure your email signature has been removed from the reply. Please also ensure you're out of office email feature is turned off.
