It is advised you get up to speed before reading this tutorial - an assumption is made that you have linked both your Campaign Monitor and RunGopher accounts and have added your Campaign Monitor campaign to our journey building canvas.
Your journey canvas should be looking a little lonely right now, something like this:
It is likely that for certain campaigns, you would want to schedule calls with contacts who clicked through - let's go ahead and add the Sales Call Scheduler SMS campaign:
and link up the two nodes, setting the campaign status trigger to Visited:
And you're now good to go! This will send the Sales Call Scheduler (renamed in this instance to "Sales Call") SMS campaign to each email contact that Campaign Monitor notifies us about that clicked through. The SMS campaign will attempt to schedule a call at a convenient time.
Pro tips
- For any SMS campaign that you added, you can view the conversation flow by right-clicking and selecting View Campaign to make any possible edits to the conversation.
