Opting out from Campaign Monitor when opting out from texts

If a contact, that was imported into RunGopher from CM with this option selected, chooses to opt-out via a text reply, RunGopher will inform CM also to Unsubscribe that contact's email address from the list (the one that the contact was imported from).

Note : RunGopher will opt-out this contact from future texts regardless of whether this option is set or not; this option only controls whether it has any effect on the source CM list.
