We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website.
This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact
information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address,
browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring
URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use
our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to
maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic
transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be
100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other
unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect,
access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your
personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at
your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of
age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using
the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian
of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we learn that
personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will
deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from

Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

RunGopher will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes

necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain

agreements and policies.
RunGopher will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include
a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy
preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and
collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing
DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals
or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked
online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will
inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding
access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our
users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of
charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third
parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties
with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If
