Linking Campaigns

To create a link between campaigns simply do the following,

Add the campaigns

• Drag a "Accept/Decline" campaign onto the canvas
• Drag a "Simple Web Promotion" campaign onto the canvas

Create Link

• Click and drag your mouse from the source "Accept/Decline" campaign "Out" port and drop it onto the destination "Simple Web Promotion" campaign "In" port as shown below.

Set Link Properties

• After you create your link (Or if you double click and existing link) the following link modal window will be displayed. This modal window shows the following types of statuses for the source campaign,
  • The completion statuses. e.g. the participant has completed the entire conversation and we have the complete answer (accepted, declined etc)
  • The partially completed statuses. e.g. (no response or didn't provide a valid email). 
  • And the common statuses for each campaign (Opted Out, Wrong Number and Unreachable)

• Select "Accepted" and press the "Link To Campaign" button to complete the linking process
• Now press the "Save" button on the journey page to commit the changes
