Campaign Widget Numbers

Each of the campaign widgets contains two labels showing the,

• 'Active' participants. This is the total number of participants who have either not responded yet are who have only partially completed the campaign (e.g. Said not my address) 
• 'Concluded' participants. This is the total number of participants who have produced a completed status (e.g. Confirmed Email, Wrong Number etc) for the campaign

Journey Dashboard

The journey dashboard provides an overview of all the statuses and participants needing action for each campaign in your journey.
