Running and Publishing

Testing Mode

When you first create a journey it will default to 'Testing' mode. This allows you to modify your journey and test it against a participant (e.g. Your own mobile number) multiple times. The banner on the top left indicates what mode your journey is in (See below)

• To add a test participant right click on the first campaign and select "Add Contacts". 

• When you have successfully added your participant you should notice the "Active" value changes to "1"

Live (Published) Mode

• Press the "Publish" button in the top right to lock in your journey and start adding "live" contacts. Once you do this you can no longer make any changes to your journey. You will notice that the banner in the top left changes to a "Live | Test" toggle box and a new "Published" banner will appear in the top right
